✦ ~2.5-3 units per pint
✦ 230-250 kcal per pint
✦ Added free sugars
Sweet cider is fermented apple juice with residual or added sugars producing a sweeter flavour profile than dry cider. It has similar alcohol content (typically 4.5-5% ABV) but higher sugar and calorie content than dry cider. A pint contains around 2.5-3 units and 230-250 kcal. The residual sugars also add to total free sugar intake.

Preparation note
Sweet cider's higher sugar content means it contributes more to daily free sugar intake alongside its alcohol units. Dry cider is a lower-sugar alternative at similar ABV.
