Method
  1. 1 Add dried figs to a food processor and blend until paste forms.
  2. 2 Add walnuts, rolled oats and cinnamon. Pulse until combined.
  3. 3 If too dry add a teaspoon of water.
  4. 4 Roll into 12 balls.
  5. 5 Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up. Store in fridge up to a week.
