Method
  1. 1 Halve plums and place in a baking dish with a splash of water.
  2. 2 Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until soft and juicy.
  3. 3 Make crumble: rub together rolled oats, crushed walnuts and golden syrup.
  4. 4 Spread crumble over plums.
  5. 5 Bake a further 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
