  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2 Toss almonds with a little oil, cumin, smoked paprika and sea salt.
  3. 3 Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
  4. 4 Roast 10-12 minutes until golden and fragrant — watch carefully as they burn quickly.
  5. 5 Cool completely before eating. Store in an airtight jar.
