Method
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2 Pat edamame completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3 Toss with sesame seeds, a little oil and sea salt.
  4. 4 Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
  5. 5 Roast 18-20 minutes until crispy and starting to brown.
  6. 6 Cool before eating — they crisp further as they cool.
