Rich, fudgy truffles made from blended dates and walnuts, rolled in sesame seeds. Tastes indulgent but completely whole food.

Ingredients (per serving)
Method
  1. 1 Blend dates in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
  2. 2 Add walnuts and a pinch of sea salt. Pulse until combined.
  3. 3 Roll into 12 small balls.
  4. 4 Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat.
  5. 5 Refrigerate 30 minutes. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
