Method
  1. 1 Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and stir well.
  2. 2 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours — stir after 30 minutes.
  3. 3 Dice fresh pineapple into small chunks.
  4. 4 When chia pudding is set, top with pineapple.
  5. 5 Add toasted sesame seeds for crunch.
