About this page: Data is drawn from Nutriofia's structured database of published sources (CoFID, USDA, and published analytical literature). The coverage bar shows what percentage of our 1014 foods have been measured for Quercetin. This is a research tool — nothing here constitutes medical advice.
About Quercetin
Flavonol
Quercetin is one of the most abundant flavonols in the diet, found in onions, apples, berries, kale and capers. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is widely studied for cardiovascular and immune support.
⚠️ Too little
No deficiency disease; quercetin is not an essential nutrient.
🚫 Too much
High supplemental doses (>1 g/day) are generally well tolerated in short-term studies; long-term high-dose safety data are limited.
⚠️ Partial database coverage (17.9%)
Only 182 of 1014 foods in the database have a recorded value for Quercetin. The ranked list below shows what we have — foods not in the list simply haven't been measured yet rather than containing none.
