Reading the profile
Nutrient values are shown per 100g so you can compare foods on a like-for-like basis. Sections such as vitamins, minerals, fats and phytochemicals are shown only where data is available.
The three action buttons
Paid members see three quick-action buttons at the top of each food profile:
🍽️ Add to Today's Plate — takes you straight to the Day Tracker with this food pre-selected, ready for you to enter the portion size and log it.
🛒 Add to Shopping List — pins this food to your Grocery List as a manually added item, separate from your auto-generated weekly shop. Toggle it on or off from the grocery list at any time.
🔖 Save for Research — saves this food to your Saved Foods collection, where you can tag and organise foods you want to explore further.
