๐ŸŒฑ Wholefood Plant-Based Nutrition Tracking

Our Approach to
Food and Health

Nutriofia is a wholefood plant-based nutrition tracker. There are no animal products in our database โ€” no meat, no fish, only a few dairy, cheese and egg entries for the non-strict plant-based eater. The exclusion of animal matter is not an oversight. It is the entire point. There are only a few processed foods, and they are included just to show how lacking they are in nutrients.

Not a calorie counter.
A nutrition tracker.

Most food apps help you count calories and macros. That tells you how much you're eating. Nutriofia tells you what's actually in it โ€” all 90+ nutrients, tracked against your personal daily targets, every day.

Iron, magnesium, zinc, folate, omega-3, calcium, B vitamins, amino acids โ€” the nutrients that determine how your body actually functions. The nutrients most people have no idea whether they're getting them or not.

And because Nutriofia is built exclusively around whole plant foods, every food in the database is working for you โ€” not against you.

Different by design

Other food tracking apps let you scan the barcode on a bag of crisps and call it nutrition tracking. That is not what this is.
